The service is very good and the prices are reasonable.
Not a Review - The restaurant had small kitchen issue, this is not standard, delivery is usually 30 - 45 minutes.
Surprised people have problems with ordering. from the few times i ordered, each time came in about 30minutes
ordered for the first time today.. food was absolutely delicious.. delivery was fast said 50 minutes took only 25 minutes ... everything was hot and fresh will definitely be ordering again.
Ordered from here several times since it opened. Got to say it's one of the better wing places on the Island. The food is fresh and has tons of flavor. Would recommend to anyone in the ara.
I strongly disagree with the bad reviews given. I have received spectacular service from Wing World. I have ordered during the week and on busy weekends. Most of the time my food gets to me in 30-40 minutes and even on football sundays I'm told about an hour and my food is always on time or here even sooner. The girls who answer the phone are sweet and always sound happy to be taking your calls, and the food is always fresh and delicious. When a business first opens, there are always some kinks that need to be worked out but overall, wing world has done a great job and is my favorite wing place on the island.
Tried wing world for the first time, We had 2 Wraps - They were stuffed and delicious. we ate half and still have half left for lunch tomorrow. The wings are full of meat, not skin and fat like many other places these days. Large portion of Corn fritters, Really good value for the food with a tex-mex feel.
Best wings on staten island, stuffed delicious wraps, salads overloaded with tasty chicken, good apps! Remember when Planet Wings used to be good? This place is far better than they EVER were.
Very good selection of food, they have almost anything we have ever been in the mood for and everything has so far been very good. Ordering on whereyoueat discount made it very affordable. The wraps selection is extensive, heroes are stuffed more than any places in the area, the wings are meaty and not breaded, large list of appetizers. This place hits their menu right on every angle and the price value makes it affordable. Most importantly it is not a franchise and therefore the food most likely comes from local markets not delivered full of preservatives, just my guess although I don't know this for a fact.
One of the best wings on Staten Island, very meaty, cooked perfectly and taste really good plus the sauce selection is unbeatable and each one tastes great depending on your mood. All the other food is very good as well most importantly the value is unbeatable especially with their online coupons.
We never even got the food to leave a review on the food. After waiting 35- 40 mins after ordering online I called since that's the time I was quoted for delivery. I was put n hold 4 times then told my order is being made now when I asked what would have happened if I didn't call? Would they have even found my order the girl sounded very nervous and kept telling me everyone is calling and having this problem I will never order again they told me if I still wanted my order ok to would be over 40 mins to get it. Very unprofessional
